A multi-purpose hair oil that is suitable for thick, frizzy, dull hair. It could weigh down fine hair. Start by applying a half pump and then add some more. It has great smoothing power, helps detangle the hair, gives shine, protects it from frizz, and nourishes it. Can be mixed into hair masks to make them more powerful, applied throughout the day on the ends (especially if you have thicker hair), and used on its own (because it has heat-protecting properties). One of my favorite combinations is Genesis Defense Thermique (3 pumps), Resistance Ciment Thermique (pea size amount), and Elixir Ultime Oil (1/2 pump) on the ends after washing the hair. This way my hair is protected, smooth, and the moisture is sealed in. The scent of the oil is really beautiful with wooden notes, but, sadly, it doesn't last long.
